A second chance, triggered in the moment.
ZeroDrop works alongside your existing phone setup. When a qualifying call is missed, an approved recovery action runs immediately and everything is recorded.
- 01
Customer calls
An inbound enquiry reaches your business through your normal call handling.
- 02
Call is missed
The call goes unanswered — on a job, out of hours, or already on another line.
- 03
ZeroDrop detects a qualifying event
The missed call is assessed against the qualifying rules agreed for your account.
- 04
Approved recovery message triggered
Only messages you have approved are sent, so the caller hears from your business in your words.
- 05
Business is notified
The caller receives the recovery message and your team is alerted so a person can take over.
- 06
Event is tracked
Usage and outcome are logged in your dashboard, including 80% and 100% usage notifications.
What happens before you go live.
Activation is a short, guided process. Nothing reaches your customers until you have approved it.
- 01
We review your inbound call handling
How calls reach you today, who answers, and when calls tend to be missed.
- 02
We confirm your number setup
Whether your existing number can be used, where supported, or whether another ZeroDrop-supported configuration is required.
- 03
We agree your recovery message and qualifying rules
You approve the wording, and we agree which missed calls should count as qualifying events.
- 04
Technical activation is completed
Your service is configured and tested so it is ready to process qualifying calls.
When the trial starts. Your 14-day live trial begins only once ZeroDrop is technically activated and ready to process qualifying calls — not when an account is created.
Alongside your team, not instead of it. ZeroDrop works after a qualifying missed-call event. It does not answer calls and is not a replacement for the people who handle your phone.
Not every missed call is the same.
ZeroDrop acts on qualifying missed calls only. That keeps recovery activity relevant, keeps your messaging appropriate, and keeps your usage focused on genuine opportunities rather than noise.
You approve the words. You see the activity.
Approved messages only
Recovery messages are approved by you before they are ever used.
Immediate notification
Your business is notified when a recovery action runs, so a human can follow up.
Recorded events
Each event is recorded with usage tracking, plus 80% and 100% usage notifications.
Your dashboard
Every plan includes a customer account and dashboard for recovery visibility.

Example only, for illustration. Statuses show what ZeroDrop records — detected, triggered, sent, delivered and tracked. These statuses describe the ZeroDrop workflow only. They do not mean the customer replied, booked or became a customer.
The 14-day live trial. The standard ZeroDrop trial runs for 14 days. Your live trial begins when your ZeroDrop service is technically activated and ready to process qualifying calls — not simply when an account is created.
Your number, where supported. ZeroDrop does not require you to change your established business number where that is technically, commercially and regulatorily supported. Alternatively, you can use a new ZeroDrop number. We cannot promise that every existing number can always be retained — we confirm what is possible for your setup during activation.
Protect every opportunity.
A missed call doesn’t have to be a missed opportunity. Start your 14-day live trial and see recovery activity for yourself.
