Terms
These terms describe how ZeroDrop Ltd (company number 17433901) provides the ZeroDrop service. They are a starting framework and should be reviewed by your legal adviser before launch.
1. The service
ZeroDrop is a lead-recovery and lead-protection platform. When a qualifying missed call is detected, ZeroDrop triggers a recovery action approved by the customer, notifies the customer's business, and records the event with usage tracking.
ZeroDrop is not insurance and does not provide any form of financial cover, indemnity or compensation for lost business.
2. Plans
At launch ZeroDrop is offered on one purchasable plan: RECOVER at £49.99 per month. GROW is priced at £99.99 per month and is not yet available to buy. Each plan includes the features listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase, and a customer account and dashboard.
Recovery capacity varies by plan. Usage is tracked, and customers receive an 80% usage notification and a 100% usage notification.
3. Cookies
Use of this website is also subject to the ZeroDrop cookies information, which explains the limited, essential cookies and similar storage used on this site.
4. The 14-day live trial
The standard trial period is 14 days. The live trial begins when the customer's ZeroDrop service is technically activated and ready to process qualifying calls, not when an account is created.
5. Numbers
ZeroDrop does not require customers to change their established business number where this is technically, commercially and regulatorily supported. Customers may alternatively use a new ZeroDrop number.
ZeroDrop does not warrant that any particular existing number can always be retained. Availability is confirmed during activation and depends on network, provider and regulatory factors outside ZeroDrop's control.
6. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the content of recovery and follow-up messages they approve or edit, and for ensuring their use of the service complies with applicable law, including data protection and electronic communications rules.
Customers must provide accurate account information and must not use the service for unlawful, misleading or abusive communications.
7. Outcomes
ZeroDrop provides recovery actions, notifications and records of activity. ZeroDrop does not guarantee that any enquiry will be recovered, that any sale will result, or that any particular level of revenue, conversion or customer volume will be achieved.
8. Billing and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in advance in pounds sterling unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers may cancel in line with the cancellation process communicated at sign-up; the service continues until the end of the paid period.
9. Availability and support
ZeroDrop aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party telephony, network and integration providers may affect service delivery.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, ZeroDrop's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
